Return Policy
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We accept returns of eligible items in online orders initiated within 14 days of order delivery date for a refund.
Email veer@veer-collective.com to initiate this request and received a Return Authorization.
All merchandise must be in original condition with the original tags and packaging attached. Items must be shipped to the shop within 7 days of the return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Veer does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Items sent to us without prior approval or communication will not be accepted.
IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
We accept returns of eligible items purchased in store within 7 days of purchase for store credit or refund. Proof of purchase or gift receipt must be provided. All merchandise must be in original, un-worn condition with the original tags and packaging intact.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy for online and in-store purchases:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
- Books & Magazines
- Fragrance, Apothecary & Body Care items
- Consumable Pantry items like salt or sugar blends
- Cleaning sprays
- Custom Care Packages
- All "Sale" Items or items that have been marked down
- Items purchased using a discount code or with Gift Cards
DAMAGES
Veer does not assume responsibility of packages damaged in transit. If your package arrives to you damaged we are happy to guide you through the claim process and work with you to find the best resolution, be it a replacement or reimbursement from the delivery company.
If your package arrives to you damaged, here is what to do:
- Take pictures to document the condition of the outside of the package, inside packaging and damage from when it arrived, & hang on to all packaging material and packing slips until we come up with a plan of action.
- Email us within 48hr of delivery with a description of damage and send photos of the damage to veer@veer-collective.com
PLEASE NOTE
- It will take 7-14 business days to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit.
