The Cleansing Balm from Enchanted Hour Apothecary is an oil based cleanser in a lovely floral scent and is designed to melt off your makeup (including eye makeup).

Ingredients: Apricot Kernel Oil, Emulsifying Wax, Rosehip Seed Oil, Polysorbate 80, Neroli & Jasmine Fragrance Blend, Lactobacillus Ferment & Lactobacillus & Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Fruit Extract
Suggested Use: With Clean hands or a cosmetic spatula, scoop out about a nickel size amount of balm onto the palm of you hand. With dry fingertips, warm up balm until it becomes silky. Apply to face and eyes, and gently rub in circular motions. Use a wet warm washcloth to gently rub off balm and makeup.
Follow up with your favorite cleanser, then apply our Face Oil Serum, as well as your favorite eye cream and moisturizer.
