How to use: Place one round on the shower floor away from the heavy stream but close enough to the steam to activate the tablet. As the round(s) get wet and dissolve, steam will form with the relaxing oils being released. Each round provides you several minutes of relaxing, Lavender or Eucalyptus filled air.
